The Arizona Technology in Education Association named Dana Leonardo the 2021 Classroom Teacher of the Year at the AzTEA Innovation Award Celebration in February of 2022. The award is presented to "a classroom teacher who facilitates the development of 21st century skills through the integration of the technology in a meaningful context; such as blended learning, project based, inquiry based approaches" (AzTEA).

Arizona’s ‘Walk4Hearing’ is happening Saturday, November 6. Participants are encouraged to register online, but in-person registration will also be available the morning of the event. Check-in begins at 8am with the walk starting at 10 am. For those unable to attend, you can still donate to the GPS team by giving through the website or donating on Facebook.
