Welcome the 8 th grade science! I know this year is going to be very interesting and a whole lot of fun! This one-year course is an inquiry exploration of the natural world through an investigation of Energy, Matter, Chemical Reactions, Motion, the Laws of Motion and Heredity. The class includes multiple projects and yes we will build and

launch bottle rockets. All students will complete a Science Fair project. I would like to make this class as interactive as possible, with lots of labs, hands on experience, and discussions.
