Our Hub Affirmations
In Te Ara Angitu, we have created our own list of affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
Each day, one hub member will choose and read out three affirmations and the rest of the hub repeat these.
