BEHAVIOR CLASSES
Whether court mandated or you are taking the class to improve your wellbeing, individuals participate in behavior classes to acquire and/or hone in on the skills necessary to navigate various life situations (such as parenting, relationships, etc.). Behavior classes allow the participate to learn about the foundations of human behavior taught through the lens of biology, psychology, and the social environment. Such classes will enable one to learn about themselves as well as how to alleviate or resolve symptoms associated with mental health issues.
