Contractor submitted Performance Bond on 08/12/2021

Salvation Army Requested a change of materials; Epoxy Flooring for easier maintenance.
Contractor is researching and will make recommendations on flooring next meeting.
Contractor acquired the labor to start.
Contractor to submit Labor Documents to GHURA.
October 2021
On-site office
Sidewalks, construction fence.
Inland obtained a warehouse container.
Workforce is ready however Inland Builders is contacting Suveryors for the site.
November they will start foundation.
january 2022
Ponding basin 1 done.
Preparation for shallow ponding basin done.
Compaction test for foundation done. Contractor to submit result by this week.
Installation of formworks 30%.
Contractors submitted RFI-1 and 2 on discrepancies of the size of sewerline and slope.
