Cross Country is available to both males and females in grade 7-12. Season of Play (as governed by ASAA) begins May 1 and ends in October depending on when the Provincial Tournament is held. All Students, grades 7 -12, compete at the South Central Zone Tournament.
Those students in grades 10-12 are able to qualify for the Provincial Tournament.

Juvenile: Under 17 as of September 1 and no higher than grade 9. BOYS: 3000 M GIRLS: 3000 M
