ABSTRACT

The purpose of this project was to figure out if canned (or wet) or dry cat food was healthier for my cats. This project benefits all cat owners because they deserve to know how their cat(s) health is affected by what the cat is eating. The problem that is solved in this experiment is what our feline friends are eating and how it affects their health.what I thought would happen is that the canned cat food would be more unhealthy because of its higher amounts of fat. The answer to my question was solved, however you will have to do some more reading. My approach to this experiment is further explained in the procedure section. My results were that the dry food caused the cats to gain less weight.
