Important Information

• June 25, Thursday - Swim meet @ Home:  PLEASE email Coach Megan if your swimmer is NOT going to be there

• Volunteer to help at the swim meet on Thursday.  The swim meet can not happen without volunteers.  Lane timers, greeters, and clean up help is needed.

• Normal morning practice schedule- Monday-Wednesday, and Friday

• Coach Megan will email the Hamilton swim meet results

• GH Swim Club Merch will be in this week

Practice this week:
Sharks and Dolphins: Mon, Wed, Fri, 7:45 am-9:30 (7:45-8:15 outside conditioning), Tuesday: 8-9:30 am 

Snapper: 9:30- 10:30

Minnows: 9:30-10:15

Thursday: Swim meet @ Home - Check in: 7:45am, warm up: 8am, start @ 9am

Zeeland Invitational @ HAMILTON

Saturday Morning (10 & Under) Warm-ups begin at 8:00. Meet starts at 9:00am.

Saturday Afternoon (11 & Over) Warm-up: Immediately following the 10 & Under session, but not before 12:00pm.  Meet starts 1 hour after warm-up begin, but not before 1:00pm.
