Mon, Wed, Fri, 7:45 am-9:30 (7:45-8:15 outside conditioning)

Tue, Thur: 8-9:30 am

Snapper: 9:30- 10:30

Minnows: 9:30-10:15

Morning schedules are subject to change based on our numbers and the best use of our pool time for swimmers.

Minnows:

*Usually 8 & under, new swimmers, new to the sport

Snappers:

*knows all four strokes, emphasis on technique

Dolphins:

*endurance and technique

Sharks:
*senior group-upper advanced
