A single-location roadshow tests your plan once. A multi-stop tour tests it every few days, often with an overnight turnaround between sites. That repetition is where quality slips: graphics get scuffed, promoters get tired and data capture gets sloppy. Write the plan for the last stop, not the first.
If stops are spaced apart, one kit can travel, with time to store and inspect it between stops. If stops run back to back, consider two sets that leapfrog, so one is being built while the other is live. Keep a spare set of graphics and a printer on standby for quick replacements.
Keep the same core build team where possible, because they learn the kit and get faster. For back-to-back tours, rotate teams so nobody works consecutive overnight builds.
Use a fixed supervisor who carries the standards from stop to stop.
Run a short briefing at the start of each stop, covering the offer, the mechanic and the data process.
Plan shift lengths and breaks so energy stays up through long mall hours.
Give promoters a simple script for the first ten seconds of a conversation.
Each mall has its own rules and submission process. For tight tours, lock every submission before the first stop opens, so a late approval does not cancel a stop mid-campaign.
Plan deliveries per stop and daily top-ups against the storage space available on site. Running out of samples on a busy Saturday afternoon is a lost opportunity.
Use the same form or kiosk at every stop, tagged by location. Check consent wording, and make sure leads are passed to sales quickly. Do a short daily check of data quality so problems are spotted early.
Track conversations, samples, sign-ups and leads per stop. Compare them during the tour, not only at the end, so you can adjust staffing or mechanics for the remaining stops.
