Mary E. Lopusnak,
LCSW Therapist
Practice Owner
Since the late 1990s, I have envisioned a group of mental health professionals collaborating to meet the needs of our community. That vision became Nouveau Hope Counseling.
As an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Master Clinician & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Trauma impacts an individual physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Creating a safe space for you to explore and process your most vulnerable traumatic experiences is an honor. Witnessing the transformation and healing that occurs as individuals move forward without intrusive thoughts and envision a new beginning with hope for the future is incredibly rewarding.
Our team of professional providers includes seasoned therapists and interns from local universities. We are committed to guiding you toward your healing goals. With the support of our interns, we can connect you with additional resources while they practice their skills under the supervision of our providers.
Your healing journey can begin today. We consider it an honor and privilege to walk by your side.
Alexandria
Ketchersid,
MSW-RCSWI Therapist
I’m Lexi Ketchersid, a social worker dedicated to helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey. Life can be overwhelming at times, and my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly and find the tools to navigate whatever comes your way.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of South Florida and have experience working with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and life transitions. I take a down-to-earth, personalized approach, focusing on what works best for you and helping you build confidence in yourself and your path forward.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my dog, Eloise. Traveling, cooking, and discovering new foods bring me joy, and I always appreciate a good meal shared with loved ones.
If you're looking for a space where you can feel supported and work toward a happier, more balanced life, I’d love to connect.
Holly Cummings, MSW-RCSWI
Hello! I'm Holly Cummings, I obtained my Master’s in Social Work at Florida State University. I began my academic path by earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology back in 2007, and after spending 15 rewarding years working closely with children and families, I felt the calling to further my education and impact more lives. I feel so lucky to be able to help others with their mental health. It’s a true joy to walk alongside people as they work through their challenges and discover their strengths. I believe in creating a warm and friendly space where everyone feels comfortable, and I can’t wait to connect with you and support you on your journey!
Fallon Braxton, MSW
Hi! I am excited to introduce myself as a part of the Nouveau Hope Wellness Group. I am a recent graduate of Florida State University, with a master’s degree in social work. I have an extensive history working with children and families in public service settings.
As a dedicated and empathetic therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With 9 years of experience working with children and families, I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I use an integrative approach that draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that empower them to heal, grow, and lead fulfilling lives.
Whether you’re seeking support to manage stress, improve relationships, or gain clarity during difficult times, I am here to guide you on your journey toward emotional well-being.
