Client: A Leading Notary Office in Peru
The Challenge: The manual management of notary legal drafts (minutas) consumed valuable time, was susceptible to errors, and limited staff responsiveness. The office sought to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of handling these documents. A fundamental requirement was that the sensitive information of the notary and its clients remain on their own infrastructure, guaranteeing data confidentiality and privacy.
Our Solution: We implemented an Artificial Intelligence system to automate and optimize the processing of notary legal drafts. Unlike cloud solutions, our proposal was executed locally on the client's server (on-premise), ensuring that documents and sensitive information never left their network. The solution included the training and fine-tuning of an advanced open-source AI model to perform automatic classification of the draft type and the intelligent extraction of key data, such as signing dates and party details. We also integrated it with Google Drive for document management and automated email communication for missing documents.
