Throughout this semester, I felt like I have learned a plethora of different skills
and concepts that I did not know prior to this August. I have been exposed to different
learning theories, such as Behaviorism, Cognitivism and Constructivism. One of the
lessons that was the most interesting and unique to me during this semester was
interviewing someone in my field that relates and works with Instructional Design and
Technology in their background. Before starting this course I never really thought about
who in the district would be responsible for it, so it was interesting to learn about the
different components that the technology TOSA in my district completes. This made me
think about the different areas within the educational fields that I could potentially move
up as I gain more experience and knowledge in the educational field. I am looking
forward to seeing what I will be learning about in the upcoming semester and how it will
help me in the future with my students
