I start with the self. Without reflection on the self, there can be no looking to the future and thus no progress. I see this first image as my reflection on myself and the further exploration into me.
The second image is not a portrait of me but rather a portrait of a piece of my life. Without the people I care about in my life I would not be myself hence why I see these people as being key cornerstones to my "self-portrait".
This third image is of my surroundings. The environment I live in provides what I consider to be the most important part of myself and focusing on the beauty that I see is crucial in finding my own personal space.
I am what I make, I am what others make. I am the result of endless hours of living in my own specific circumstances I and only I know. I have only one life and in the short time I have been here I have learned that I cannot be afraid of the unknown. I have to jump into what I do not know with the utmost confidence and bravery and that is how I plan on living out the rest of my days.
