School Counseling Advisory Committee
Wagner's School Counseling Advisory Committee is comprised of members of the Behavior Leadership Team, Campus Leadership Team, and the Wagner PTA. Through participation on these committees, we are able to obtain feedback on our programming and campus support via google forms, classroom observations and student/staff feedback.
Our Wagner Advisory Council meets bi-annually (once in the fall and once in the spring). The members consist of the counseling team as well as the following individuals representing stakeholders.

At this time, Wagner students do not sit on the Advisory Council. Our team uses the Learner Profile Survey to collect student response data that informs our programming.

Implementation Cycle
The WMS Counseling Team and Wagner Behavior Leadership Team are partnering to support implementation of PBIS on our campus. Programs include Wolf of the Month, Trauma Informed Guidance lessons for students and targeted strategies for classrooms to support staff. These efforts are supported through data from our Student Experience Survey, Teacher Feedback Forms and Counseling Referrals (students and staff). Our approach is to identify campus needs using targeted interventions and community based supports to create a positive culture of learning at Wagner Middle School.
