(About 2 miles per day or 14 miles per week)
Only available for incoming 9th graders and Junior High runners
Shirt 3 - 200 Mile Club
(About 2.6 miles per day or 18 miles per week)
Available to everyone
Shirt 4 - 300 Mile Club
(About 3.9 miles per day or 27 miles per week)
Available to everyone
Shirt 5 - 400 Mile Club
(About 5.2 miles per day or 36 miles per week)
Available to everyone
How this works
Each mile you run between Monday, May 29th, and Sunday, August 13th (11 weeks or 77 days) will count toward your challenge shirt.
Your summer mileage must be tracked via GPS on Strava and shared with the team.
Ask coach if you have any questions. It's easier to accomplish this than you think, just be consistent!
