Data for Publication Places

The table below shows how places of publication were grouped into Larger Regions for the purposes of this analysis and how many items were published in each place. The data in this table was used to create chart 4.1.

The data demonstrates that a majority of the rare materials in the Woodstock Library were published in Europe. Therefore a decision was made to investigate which subregions in Europe these books were published. The table below outlines the 5 smaller subregions and countries of Europe to show how many materials were published in each area. The data in this table was used to create charts 4.4 and 4.5.

The table below shows the cities around the world where Woodstock Special Collections materials were published, how many items were published in each city, and in which century. The data in this table was used to create charts 4.7 and 4.8.
