Complete the Summer Staff Questionnaire or For Lab TA roles, use this link: Summer Lab TA Questionnaire.
In the coming weeks, after you complete the Summer Staff Questionnaire, you will receive an email from the Summer team with instructions for submitting your application through GMS/Workday, including uploading your resume and cover letter.
Qualified applicants will be invited for an interview in February. A criminal background check of selected candidates is required.

Lab TA
Application Timeline for Staff Positions
Priority Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. Qualified applicants meeting this deadline will receive next steps by Friday, February 13, 2026.
Offers Issued: By Friday, March 6, 2026, to selected applicants.
If you miss the priority deadline, we still encourage you to apply as we continue reviewing applications on a rolling basis for any remaining positions.
