The design process can look however you want, but here are a few recommendations:

1. Pick a theme.

Choose something that matters to you. Are you concerned about how many disposable coffee cups people use? Are you astonished that Styrofoam takeout containers are still used in Virginia? Do you care about plastics in the ocean? Choosing a theme helps your piece tell a story.

2. Start gathering materials.

Reach out to us if you need help collecting! You can use any materials you want -- the more creative, the better!

3. Fill out our form :)

Fill out our designer interest form so we know you want to design. This isn't binding and you can change your ideas at any point, it's just so we know you're interested.
