Pubchem is an NIH-sponsored freely available source of compound and bioassy data, and perhaps the greatest single biochemistry resources on the web.

We use the Python programming language (and related tools) for a variety of tasks in this laboratory. These include NumPy for scientific computing, MatPlotLib for visualization and plotting, and BioPython for bio- and chemo- informatics.

For biological network modeling and analysis, we use Cytoscape.

For online visualization of biochemical networks, we use JMol.
