Campus Housing

You will be staying on campus at Copley Hall. Directions on how to check-in and get access to your room will be communicated to you by Mona Sharaf. Below you can find similar information and a map of Copley Hall.

Switch Tech Access:

Copley is a building that utilizes the new SwitchTech Digital lock system. Once the completed housing roster is submitted, students will automatically receive emails with instructions on how to download and use the SwitchTech locks. Once the activation code goes through, they should see a page that looks like the attached screenshot named "SwitchTech." This is for accessing their dorm room.

When using SwitchTech, students will tap the lock to activate it (it should turn blue), click the activate button on the app and hold their phone close by (their Bluetooth needs to be turned on), and the lock should turn green. They follow the same process when locking the door.

Check-In on June 4th:

• Your check-in window is 4-6 PM on the first day of housing. 

• There will be a table set up outside the Copley building where our staff will be present to check students into their housing as well as provide troubleshooting support for SwitchTech access. 

Late arrivals on June 4th (6 PM-10 PM) or students arriving after June 4th:

• The Summer Housing Office in Village C West will have extended office hours from 8 AM to 10 PM every day through the summer. 

• Late check-ins between 6 PM and 10 PM should go to the summer housing office to check in.

• Students arriving after the start of their housing can check in at the summer housing office.

• Students arriving overnight 10 PM - 8 AM: Students arriving overnight (10 PM -8 AM) should call our Night Duty number so a member of our staff can assist them with checking in.
