What is Gifted and Talented?
Gifted and Talented is a differentiated program designed to provide the special needs of students who have been identified.
How are Students Identified?
Students are screened by tests of cognitive abilities and creativity, as well as academic achievement and growth. Teacher and parent referrals are also taken into consideration.
How can I Refer a Student?
Referrals can be at anytime of any grade level. The referral form can be found here.(Link to Referral form)

The Gentry Gifted &Talented Program is committed to providing an educational program in which students will be given the opportunity to develop their unique talents and abilities. We will cultivate and encourage: creativity, growth mindset, and challenging learning opportunities. We will work to create a school environment which instills in them a desire to develop their talents and abilities. We will work towards optimum academic achievement through varied and challenging learning opportunities that meets the needs of our high potential students.
