We accept most major insurances. Our enrollment process takes between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. 

1. GATHER INSURANCE INFORMATION 

Our Billing Specialist will review your family's insurance plan. We will need your insurance card and child's diagnosis information. 

2. VERIFICATION 

Our Billing Specialist will contact your insurance company to verity coverage. 

3. AUTHORIZATION 

Once coverage is confirmed and if an authorization is required, we will submit paperwork for authorization. This can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

4. SCHEDULE ASSESSMENT 

Once the insurance company approves the authorization, one of our qualified clinicians will contact you to schedule an assessment. 

5. ASSESSMENT 

Once the assessment is completed, the results will be shared with you and the insurance company and our clinician will determine the amount of treatment hours necessary for your child. 

6. TREATMENT 

After your child's assessment is peer-reviewed by the insurance company they will then provide how many hours will be allotted. Treatment assessment can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the insurer before treatment can proceed. 

7. SESSIONS 

Once everything is approved, the clinician will reach out to set up sessions.
