You will need one Activity for Each Outcome
Choose the Service Activity you would like to complete
Reminder: Complete an activity for both outcomes
Record this on Managebac using the steps below.
Supervisor Name = Your homeroom teacher's Name
Supervisor Title = Homeroom Teacher
Supervisor Email = Homeroom Teacher Email Address
