You must complete the following 2 outcomes before the end of Grade 6.

Any Service Activity that you wish to do that includes tutoring, hosting an event, or coaching other students needs to be approved by your homeroom teacher and the MYP coordinator. Please make sure you fill in the Google form here to get this approval.

- Remember one activity can be used for both Outcomes!

Part 2: Writing your Service as Action Goal on Managebac Advisory Lesson 1

Read through the slides about writing your Service As Learning Goal.
Record the Service as Learning Outcome you are going to complete

2. There is an example & some sentence starts you can use to help you complete this

Part 3: Completing My Service as Actions Tasks Homework

My Checklist

You will need to carry out your Service as Learning activity as homework
When completing it there are 3 parts to it:
1. Carry out the Service Action
2. Take Photos as evidence of you achieving the Outcome (this is used as evidence in your reflection task)
3. Gather Evidence, you can also use other pieces of evidence such as a google form survey, voice recordings, video clip, feedback from others, notes

Part 4: Reflecting and Recording My Service Tasks Advisory Lesson 2

You will have an advisory lesson to complete your reflection task.
You will upload your evidence and answer a range of questions.
- There are some questions you can answer in the slideshow.
Get your Supervisor (this is your homeroom teacher) to approve by the end of the lesson).
- To have your Service as Action completed - this step needs to be completed.
