La Sagrada Familia
During the Barcelona trip, students gained confidence using both Spanish and English in authentic situations while experiencing the richness of Catalan culture. They explored Gaudí’s masterpieces at La Sagrada Família, Park Güell, and La Pedrera, and connected food, community, and tradition at La Boqueria Market. Visits to the Barcelona FC Stadium helped them understand the global impact of sport, while journaling and sketching encouraged creativity and reflection. Throughout the trip, students strengthened collaboration and problem-solving skills, developed independence and resilience, and practiced responsible global citizenship.
