The team from INJAZ will be hosting three different programs within the HSC week for 50 high school DAA learners. Their Career Success Program allows students to explore the crucial workplace skills employers seek but often find lacking in young employees. Students will also learn about valuable tools to find that perfect job such as resumes, cover letters, digital profiling and interviewing techniques. Their Bourse program teaches young people the basic concepts of market investment and the role of the stock exchange in the national economy. And finally, their NXplorers program uses a combination of systems thinking, scenario planning and a theory of change methodology to show young people how to deal with complexity. This way of thinking – known as NXthinking – is applied to the food, water, energy nexus, a context that provides real and relevant complex challenges across the globe.
