The Homeland Security & Public Safety magnet offers students a unique educational and real world experience opportunity. The four year program focuses on security, planning, logistics, and operational detail related to homeland security and public safety. This fast growing field is one of the country's largest employers. H.S. offers a myriad of possible career paths that encompass a wide variety of college majors and military services. The blending of public sector and private sector jobs makes working in the H.S. field even more lucrative.
At Absegami, we love our program because we expose our students to a wide variety of educational and career paths.
Our thought process is: "What 14 year old truly knows what they want to do with the rest of their life?" So, we show them every career path we can and let them find what works for them.
