Mindfulness with Mr. LaPietra

In Grace's Grade 5 classroom, Mindfulness is cultivated and practiced all year by Mr. LaPietra with his students. Mr. LaPietra has recorded some of his mindfulness lessons to continue this practice with his class during distance learning and has now shared them with all of you. These videos are made for kids but are great for adults too.
