The board’s mission is to align expectations and improve curriculum to better prepare students while also building partnerships to promote high school work-based experiences that lead to gainful employment and placement into college-level courses.

Working with our advisory board partners, the THS faculty and administration developed this rubric in 2022 to better prepare our students with the soft skills necessary to meet the expectations of post-secondary stakeholders and be successful citizens after graduation. Every class utilizes this rubric and explicitly integrates the competencies of time management, leadership, and problem solving in their lessons as priority standards, skills, & topics (PSSTs).
