Apply for Out of District until June 5
Astumbo Middle School's out of district application period is open from now until June 5, 2026. How to apply:
Download the form or stop by our Main Office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
When you submit your application to our Main Office bring an updated mayor's verification, your student's last report card, and a valid photo ID.
As per GDOE policy, all incoming 6th grade students must have an updated physical exam and shots. Ensure completion of this requirement over the summer.
After the application period closes, we will call applicants to schedule interviews with Principal Gutierrez.
Please note: Students currently enrolled as out of district must re-apply - they do not automatically roll over to next year. Slots are limited due to maximization of our in-district student population and resources

May 9: 8th Grade Banquet, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Guam Plaza Resort & Spa.
May 9: Track & Field Meet, 4 p.m. at John F. Kennedy High School
May 9: Island-wide Dance Competition at 2 p.m. at Okkodo High School Gym
May 11: 7th Grade Banquet, 9 a.m. at TGI Friday's.
May 11: Donate to the AMS Uniform Bank and earn a dress down pass until the end of the school year.
May 12 & May 14: Basketball Playoffs
May 13: PTO, 6 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Starting May 13: No backpacks until the end of the school year.
May 15: 8th Grade Promotion at 9:30 a.m. at the Astumbo Gym
May 16: Sports Banquet, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Lotte Hotel Guam.
May 17: All Island Track Meet, 5 p.m. at John F. Kennedy High School
May 17: Bailan Taotao Tano, 10:30 a.m. at Agana Shopping Center
May 19: Last Day of School!
June 2026
June 5: Out of District application deadline
June 8 - July 3: Summer School, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
