Apply for Out of District until June 5

Astumbo Middle School's out of district application period is open from now until June 5, 2026. How to apply:

1. Download the form or stop by our Main Office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

2. When you submit your application to our Main Office bring an updated mayor's verification, your student's last report card, and a valid photo ID.

3. As per GDOE policy, all incoming 6th grade students must have an updated physical exam and shots. Ensure completion of this requirement over the summer. 

4. After the application period closes, we will call applicants to schedule interviews with Principal Gutierrez.
   
   Please note: Students currently enrolled as out of district must re-apply - they do not automatically roll over to next year. Slots are limited due to maximization of our in-district student population and resources
