2021 VIRTUAL TECH FAIR INTENT FORM
Teachers: This year we will be placing the greatest emphasis on Digital Citizenship for all participants.
All projects should showcase Digital Citizenship through:
Safety - Absolutely no personal information should be provided.
(Students can list their first name and the school/teacher they represent.)
Respectful to ALL - Your audience is the world. Be respectful. Basically, make sure your grandmother would be proud.
Check for Copyright - all pictures and text that is not the original work or thoughts of the participant should be cited.
Teachers may Open, then click the box in the Upper right Hand Corner to Open in a New Window...then Click File and "Download as Word Document" to make copies of the Virtual Permission Form below.
Teachers that submit a project are responsible for making sure that any student that appears in a picture or in a video of their submitted project, has a Permission Form on file before sending to be published.
