GCSD TECH FAIR site

Although we were initially hoping to be able to host the GCSD Tech Fair in a similar fashion to the nine previous years, we have determined that like all other events, this too must change. We are sorry that the 2020 Tech Fair was cancelled due to Covid, but we are proud to announce that the GCSD Tech Fair will be held in 2021. This year’s tech fair will be a voluntary showcase and not a voluntary competition. Based on recommendations from school stakeholders throughout our district, we will open the Tech Fair to any student or staff member in GCSD who is interested in showcasing their learning. Students, teachers, or administrators who would like to share something they have worked on will submit their entry. Unlike other years there will be no judging of any of the projects. Each of these entries will be displayed on a platform created specifically for this Tech Fair. It is evident throughout our district that there have been many different ways our students and teachers have creatively engaged in learning outside of a traditional setting. We envision this platform will organize projects separately for K-2, 3-5, 6-8 & 9-12.
