Whopper:
1/4 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
Salt
Black pepper

1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:
Form the beef into a patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or pan to medium-high heat and cook the patty for 2-3 minutes per side.
Spread softened butter on both sides of the bun and lightly brown them in a pan.
Assemble by placing the patty on the bottom bun, followed by 3-4 pickle slices. Put the ketchup on top of the pickles. On top of that, put 2-3 slices of white onion, 1-2 slices of tomato, and a couple torn leaves of lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on the top bun and put it on your burger.
The Shack Burger has a single patty with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and Shack sauce.
Shack Burger:
1/4 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
Salt
Black pepper
1 slice american cheese
Lettuce
Plum tomato
1 tbsp butter
Potato bun
Shack Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ketchup
1/4 tsp dill pickle brine
1/4 tsp cayenne
Instructions:
To make the Shack Sauce, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickle brine, and cayenne in a bowl.
Form the beef into a patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium heat, then cook the patty on one side for 2-3 minutes, flip it, put the cheese on it, and cook for 1 more minute.
Spread softened butter on both sides of the bun and lightly brown them in a pan.
Place the patty on the bottom bun, followed by 2 slices of tomato and a couple leaves of lettuce. Spread a spoonful of the Shack Sauce on you top bun and put it on top of your burger.

Animal Style Double-Double:
1/2 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
Salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp yellow mustard
4 slices american cheese
Dill pickle chips
1 white onion
Tomato
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
Burger bun
Animal Style Double-Double Sauce:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp relish
2 tsp white onion
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat half of the oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add finely diced onion and a pinch of salt. Immediately reduce heat to medium-low. Cook onions for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Form beef into 2 patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the rest of the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 2 minutes. Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on the raw side of the patty before flipping. Put a slice of cheese on top and let it melt for a few seconds. Add a spoonful of caramelized onions and cover with another slice of cheese. Continue to cook for 30 seconds.
Spread softened butter on both sides of the bun and lightly brown them in a pan.
Spread a spoonful of the sauce on the bottom bun and cover with a slice of tomato and a couple leaves of lettuce. Place your patties on top and close off the burger.

Big Mac:
1/2 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
1 slice american cheese

Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp relish
1 tbsp onion
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
For the Big Mac Sauce, grate 2 tablespoons on onion and combine it with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Form beef into 2 patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or pan to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes each side,
Cut across a bun to make it about 1/2 inch thick. Spread softened butter on both sides of the buns and lightly brown them in a pan.
On your bottom bun, put shredded lettuce, 2-3 slices of white onion, a slice of american cheese, and one of your patties. Cover that with the middle bun. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac Sauce on the middle bun and follow with shredded lettuce, 2-3 slices of white onion, pickles, the second patty, and the top bun.
White Castles sliders have one patty and caramelized onions.
White Castle Slider:
1/4 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
1/4 oz dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp milk
Salt
Pepper
1/2 yellow onion
Burger bun (cut into square)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine beef, dry onion mix, water, and milk.
Form the meat into a square patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Put the patty onto a baking dish and bake it for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and put the finely diced onion around the edges of the burger and put it back into the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out and put the onions on top of the patty and cover with the top bun. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Place the patty, onions and top bun on the bottom bun.
