Once you've given your group meeting, move it to Teams for longer storage. To do this:
Open Microsoft Teams
In the leftmost pane (with "Teams", "Chat", and "Activity") click the three dots (...), then click OneDrive (this can be pinned for quicker access later)
Click "Shared" and look for your group meeting in the list.
Click on "Aurora Clark's Files", under the file name.
On the top pane, click "Add shortcut to OneDrive". In the future, you can just go to files to access the recordings folder.
Select the recording, click the (...) in the top pane, and click "Move To".
Move the file to the Aurora Clark Research Team:
For research updates, move them under your folder in the Research Group Meetings channel
For tutorial group meetings, move them under the corresponding topic under the Training Group Meetings channel
Click on the file to open in Sharepoint.
Change to "Editing" mode from "Viewing" mode, and set the expiration date to "No Expiration"
Rename the file "YYYY-MM-DD - Name of Topic - Your Name". You need to change both the title under the video, and at the top of the screen.
Click Share > Embed Code > Copy Embed Code.
Continue on to Adding a Group Meeting
To add a new group meeting to the website, in edit mode:
Go to the current year's page.
Click on the table of contents section.
Click on the top left content block under "Insert" in the rightmost pane.
Delete the Left "+" box.
Double-click the new empty space where the "+" box used to be.
Click "Embed > Embed Code"
Paste the sharable embed link from Sharepoint and click "Next".
Expand the video cell so the whole video appears in the content block.
Format the group meeting's title as: "YYYY-MM-DD - Name of Topic - Your Name".
Add a description of your presentation. The better your description, the better the search function will work.
Please order the meetings in chronological order, the top being the newest. They can be rearranged using the 8 dots on the far left side of the screen.
Once you're done, click Publish, review your changes, then click publish.
Congrats!
