SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals should be sent to metacongresoUA@gmail.com, with the subject line “Proposal for Metacongreso.” The body of the message must include the following:
• Title of the proposal and specification of the modality (A or B).
• An abstract summarizing the proposal (minimum length: 250 words).
• A brief CV of the author(s) (maximum length: three pages).
• Any spatial or organizational requirements that the organizing committee should be aware of in order to carry out the proposal if accepted.
The deadline for submission is August 31, 2026.
The organizing committee will notify applicants of acceptance before September 15, 2026.
Proposals may be submitted in English, Italian, or the languages of the Iberian Peninsula.
REGISTRATION FEE
Participation in the conference requires a fee, the amount of which varies according to participants’ financial circumstances. If your proposal is accepted, you may choose the amount you wish to contribute, between 50 and 120 euros. As a guideline, we suggest the following tiers:
• Reduced fee (for limited financial means): 60 euros
• Standard fee: 100 euros
• Solidarity fee (to help support participants paying the reduced fee): 125 euros
The funds collected will be used to cover logistical and organizational costs, and primarily to support meals and coffee breaks during the event.
