Our goal at G Clef Solutions is to support school leaders with practical, hands-on, one-on-one coaching focused on strategies that promote leaders reflecting upon their practice in a non-evaluative or non-judgmental manner. Coaching services include:

• Dr. Givens assigned as the individual coach

• Scheduled weekly coaching sessions, held online or in person

• Customized coaching sessions based on each individual school or organization with a leader-driven agenda

• Sessions focused on problem analysis, goal setting, outcomes, action planning, problem solving, and progress monitoring

• Telephone and email availability

On-Site Leadership Training Workshops

The following on-site professional learning experiences may be requested and contracted based on the specific needs of the school system or organization and the availability of G Clef Solutions, LLC. Each training session is customized to address the unique goals, challenges, and leadership priorities of the organization.
