The steps needed to be completed to receive FPG are:
Sign in at the beginning of the event, and sign out at the end of the event. For Friday, you'll need to put your name in the chat at the beginning of the event and at the end of the event and be present at each of the sessions.
Complete the appropriate event assessment and evaluation (complete both if attending both days) within 24 hours of the event.
Adjunct faculty will need to go into HCM and click on Adjunct PG Forms. The form will ask for the title, the date, some documentation of the event and comments about what you learned. This process must be completed within 30 days; additional information is available.
Residential faculty will find complete details on their requirements on the MCCCD site.
The CTLE will send a Verification of Attendance to the District Office confirming your participation.

For Friday there are 3.50 clock hours available (FPG Pending).

On Friday, the conference is being held via Zoom. If an attendee happens to have a lot of distracting background noise coming from the environment, that person will be muted.

If you are intending on using this conference for FPG, you can not leave early or miss a session on the day you attend. You do not have to attend both days to receive FPG, but you must attend a day in its entirety.
If you are attending this conference for the sole purpose of learning more, please come and go as you please.
Absolutely you can! On Thursday, you can ask your questions at any time. On Friday, you can ask your question during the presentation in the 'chat' box or verbally at the end of the session during Q & A.
