The Core Team scheduled bi-weekly work sessions to review the assurance argument drafts and outline drafts to provide meaningful content and ensure holistically, across the five criteria, they reflect the current state of the college. The review sessions and criterion documents being reviewed are as follows:

• May 18, 2020 - Planning Meeting

• June 1, 2020 - Criterion 1 and Criterion 2

• June 15, 2020 - Criterion 3

• June 29, 2020 - Criterion 3 and Criterion 4

• July 13, 2020 - Criterion 4

• July 27, 2020 - Criterion 5

• Criterion Teams Work to Expand High-Level Bullets of New Topics into a Narrative with Necessary Evidence. Complete 50% by December 2020

• Finalize Federal Compliance Packet and Resources and Logistics Teams

• Criterion Teams Work to Expand High-Level Bullets of New Topics into a Narrative with Necessary Evidence. Complete 100% by May 7, 2021

• Criterion Teams submit their final narrative to the Steering Team and Master Writer by May 7, 2021

• Master Writer Synthesizes Five Separate Assurance Arguments into One Document and Submit to the Steering Team by August 6, 2021

• Federal Compliance Packet Team Begins Meeting Regularly and Drafting Response to the Federal Compliance Packet

• Master Writer Integrates Feedback from Steering Team and Sends to the HLC Core Team by September 13, 2021

• HLC Core Team Reviews Assurance Argument Draft and Publishes for Public Comment by October 31, 2021

• Accreditation Liaison Officer and Project Manager Uploads Evidence to the Assurance System by December 7, 2021

• Accreditation Liaison Officer and Project Manager Upload the Assurance Argument to the Assurance System and Links Evidence Files by December 23, 2021
