Jazz Bands

The Jazz Bands are part of the regular school class schedule and the band "homeroom" for some of our students.  These groups perform a Fall Concert, at the Christmas Concert, Spring Concert, and the Jazz In The Park.  They also compete in contests in the Spring.

Congratulations to all 4 Jazz Bands for earning a Gold Rating at the 2023 & 2024 ISSMA Jazz Festival!

There are currently 3 High School Jazz Bands that meet during the school day.

There is an extra-curricular Jazz Band for 7th and 8th grade students that meets after school at the Junior High.  Please see the GC Junior High Bands tab for info about this band.
