Welcome

As an ITRT, I provide on-site and on-demand support to fellow teachers through coaching and modeling technology tools within the teacher's toolkit. I illustrate best practices and guide teachers through the thoughtful process of implementing applications to improve student learning. I consult and collaborate with my staff, while also working with students in the classroom, and collaborate technology use with division personnel and administrators. On occasion, I work with caregivers and families to support online learning in Gloucester County.

ITRTs are:

• Trainers that develop and present differentiated technology training in a wide variety of instructional applications

• Liaisons between the school and the technology department

• Troubleshooters who assess problems with technology and implement basic solutions

• Collaborators that work with teachers in their school buildings to plan lessons and model best practices in technology integration

• Consultants advising multiple aspects of instructional technology and providing just-in-time supports for teachers

• Pioneers advertising the implementation and appropriate use of technologies in the classroom and division initiatives
