"The Department of Environmental Science offers a complete academic journey from undergraduate to doctoral levels, shaping future leaders in sustainability and environmental management. The B.Sc. (Hons.) program, designed in line with NEP 2020, builds strong foundations by blending classroom learning with hands-on experiences such as fieldwork, lab training, internships, and projects, preparing students to tackle real-world environmental challenges. The M.Sc. program takes this learning further, offering advanced knowledge in areas like climate change, resource management, pollution control, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable technologies. It equips students with both research skills and practical tools to connect science with policy, industry, and community needs. At the doctoral level, the Ph.D. program emphasizes innovation, critical inquiry, and original research, encouraging scholars to develop solutions for local to global environmental issues.
