If you are accessing email on your mobile phone, you may need to remove your old work email account, and add again,. For iPhones - choose 'Exchange' as the account type. - for Android choose 'O365' & you should simply have to provide your work email address & password .
Staff remote desktop access is now largely unnecessary as most systems are available through the Intranet
Please contact helpdesk@chigroup.ac.uk if you feel you still need remote desktop access as part of your job role and don't currently have it.
