I'm so happy you're here! Below you will find information on how to access our office space and procedures to follow and keep in mind. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to your office manager! We hope you have a productive and enjoyable time at our office. It is important for us to have a headcount of who will be in the office on a particular day, so we will send out an office sign-up sheet at the beginning of each month will be sent out. Please be sure that you update it, if you plan to come into the office.
COVID testing is only required if the number of office attendees passes 10. If there are less than 10 people in the office, testing is not required.
If you prefer to still test at your arrival, regardless of the number of office attendees present, you may still do so at the COVID station.
If you test positive at the office, put your mask on immediately, alert the office manager of the positive test, and promptly exit the office.
You must wait until you receive a negative test result to return to the office after testing positive for COVID. Be mindful that this could take 7-10 days.

Dishes
If the item is dishwasher safe, please rinse it with water and place it in the dishwasher. Do not press start. If it is not dishwasher safe, rinse with water and place it neatly in the sink.
Snacks
Please enjoy the snacks we have available. If we are out of your preferred snacks, please email your office manager at mpolanco@gather.co
Refrigerator
Feel free to help yourself to our selection of snacks and seltzers. You’re also welcome to store leftover food in the fridge while you are in the office. Please be aware that unclaimed leftovers will be discarded every Thursday at 5 p.m.
Allergies
We want to make sure we are aware of any and all food allergies within our community so that when we order food, stock our pantry or get treats for you, we can account for it. Even if you do not have allergies, please take a moment to tell us by filling out the form.
We love our coffee at Gather, so there are various ways to make a fresh cup of coffee. Below you will find instructions to each method. We encourage you to give it a go! Every video below are the methods available to make coffee in the office.

Next to the COVID testing area you will find Gather’s mail area.
If you have mail to send out (e.g. Gather merch to a client, a letter, etc.), you can simply provide the mailing address and recipient information and ask the office manager to prepare the package.
Of course, you’re also welcome to prepare the package yourself and then tell the office manager how you would like it shipped.
All arriving mail will be placed in the incoming mail box.
First aid kit is located behind the kitchen table. Feel free to use it as needed.
There is also a wellness kit located in the supplies closet, on the top shelf. The wellness kit includes:

over-the-counter medication
allergy medication
alcohol prep-pads
blister bandaids

Our office building 20 West 22nd Street is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Please note in person office support is available during the hours the office manager is present.
If you require specific assistance please contact and coordinate with the office manager at mpolanco@gather.co
If you are the first person in the office, unlock the door and turn on the air filter near the entrance.
If you are the last person to leave the office, please make sure you turn off the lights and the air filters, and lock the door by pushing in the lock before you exit.
How do I get an access card for the office? Please ask Maria Polanco, our office manager, to submit a request for one.
How long will it take for my office access card to arrive? It will take approximately 3-4 days for the card to arrive at the office once Maria Polanco has submitted the request.
What should I do if I need to access the office but don't have a keycard? You can text or call Maria Polanco at 646-427-1540 to get the door unlocked.
What are the office manager's working hours? Maria Polanco is on site from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What if I need to access the office when Maria Polanco is not available? You can contact Susan Jung at (917)-710-4169.
What should I do if neither Maria Polanco nor Susan Jung is available? If neither Maria Polanco nor Susan Jung is available, you can contact one of the following people for office access: Christophe Jammet, Eric Newman, Rudy Blanco.
What is Brivo? Brivo is our access control system. Certain individuals have access privileges to unlock the office. This list is currently Christophe Jammet, Eric Newman, and Rudy Blanco
How can I reserve a conference room? If you need to reserve a conference room, please contact Maria Polanco, our office manager, to inquire about the availability and to request the reservation.
