GatherWorks is the system we use to capture, track and manage the timesheets and billing process. In this page, you can find resources to help guide you through logging in, tracking and submitting your hours. You can also find a FAQ with our most frequenly ocurring issues.
To access Gatherworks you can visit app.gatherworks.co or click on the Log In button below. Make sure to use your Gather email address. Attempting to log in without a Gather email address will result in an error.
First, verify that you are using your Gather Google account and not a personal or other business account. Some browsers like to use your default account. The second thing you should do is reach out to your project lead. They will be able to make sure that you are registered.

There are many possible reasons for this. Check that you are submitting the timesheet for the correct billing cycle. You may have missed a deadline for a closed billing cycle or are trying to submit a timesheet prior to a submission window. Reach out to your project lead for confirmation.
If you are still unable to submit a timesheet, please contact support@gathertech.co.
Yes, there is an option to export a timesheet as a CSV file. The link is located under the Submit Timesheet button on the timesheet entry page.
Yes, the timesheet supports reporting time by 30 minute increments.
Yes, you can withdraw a timesheet that has been submitted if the billing period hasn’t already been closed. You can make your edits and submit the timesheet again. In the event that the billing period has already been closed, coordinate with your project lead and the accounting team for next steps.
