In September 2016, Gateway Pet Guardians partnered with Bi-State Pet Food Pantry to set up a monthly pet food distribution to qualifying residents. In February 2020, we brought the pantry in-house and coupled it with our larger WAG Program (Wellness at Gateway). Through the WAG Program, families have access to the pet food pantry, as well as other free and low-cost services. COVID-19 has postponed the release of our WAG Program, so at this time we only offer our pet food pantry to members. However, once our building is fully operational, members will also have access to low cost grooming, discounted wellness services, free heartworm tests, and free and low-cost supplies through our retail space.
