Battle of the Books

What is Battle of the Books?

Battle of the Books is a competitive activity in which students go up against other schools to answer trivia-style questions about certain books. The booklist for MBOB 2025-26 is published below with a link to summaries and reviews.

How do I try out?

• To be eligible, you must have no suspensions and no more than 1 redirect. You must also be passing all of your classes.

• Read as many books on the list as you can by November 7th, 2025.  

• As you finish each book, come to the library to take a Comprehension Quiz on each book you've read. 

• The students who have read the most books with consistently high scores will make the team. 

• The BOB team cannot be more than 12 members, so it is competitive!
