Help me give my students clay and clay tools. North Carolina is a state known for pottery, and I want to stay true to our NC roots and give the student's clay experience.

Students will be tasked with making face jugs, one of the many types of pottery North Carolina is known for.

We do not have functioning kilns here at our high school, so the air dry clay is a wonderful way to give the student's clay experience.

Face jugs date back farther than the 17th century in origin and are a wonderful and wacky way to connect the students to the art of the past.

Help me give my students a new set of risers that are no longer a safety hazard!

We have been using the same choral risers since the 1980's! That is over FORTY years! They are becoming a safety hazard for our students and are dipping in the middle.

We have been raising money over the past two semesters to purchase a new set of risers for our choral department and have raised about half the amount it will cost us to buy a new set.

Anything helps!

This is an exceptional group of students and their safety is a priority. Each time we use our risers, they show more complications and become a serious safety hazard.

I do have TV screen in my classroom and I want to use that to share screen from the tablet that you, donors, will hopefull help me fund. I also included some extension strips so they would not move to charge their chromebooks. The goal of my project is all about the cleanliness and virus free environment for my students. These sanitizers and viruses preventing stuff; can help minimize the occurrence of many other types of viruses- causing diseases to our students.

Especially now; that our weather is unpredictable and constantly changing caused by natural occurrences; along with is the occurrence of many spreading diseases, specifically viral diseases.

Above all, this stuff will make every student with a safe hand to engage in my classroom; a safer place to learn. Lastly, as a teacher, I am confident enough that the occurrence of many other types of viruses in my classroom may help prevent and suppress it; making every student moves safely around inside my classroom.

Having individual copies is essential for my students.
