To view the dashboard, click on School and District Data > Benchmark Tests Dashboard. The Dashboard consists of three areas, each with a distinct purpose:
- KPI Dashboard: Allows you to view configurable standardized metrics called Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are packaged by institution. You can drill down to see greater detail related to each KPI, and you can view related reports and documents linked to the KPI by your district. The Dashboard section opens automatically to the KPI Dashboard main page. The default KPI Dashboard that each user sees is tailored to their district-assigned role; for example, users with the teacher role will see a view that centers on the class section that they teach.
- Benchmark Tests: This dashboard includes single administration reports and allows you to view aggregated test results for all active Benchmark tests. Single administration reports provide proficiency results on a single test for a unique group of students at a specified time. For example: 5th Grade Science, September Benchmark. You may also view additional detail by using specific reports linked to each.
- Report Bank: This dashboard includes multiple administration reports and allows you to view reports by category, top reports, subject, grade, or report type and to find a specific report by name. Using this dashboard, you may view report details, run reports, and save reports all from the same location
