Step 1: Select the Composite Part Tool. Reminder -
Search Tools to easily find it.
Step 2: Hold Control and select the Parts from the Parts List or click them individually from the model.
Note:
The Closed Option should be left unchecked.
Step 3: Select all of your Composite Parts together
Step 4: Export your Composite Parts as Individual Files

IMPORTANT NOTE: The image should be in Sketch 1 and you should trace in Sketch 2.
If you do not do this you will not be able to hide and show Sketch 1 to see your progress without hiding the image also.
